You may be eligible to request the Disney Disability Access Card. You will only need to register your MagicBands on your first visit to a park. At Magic Kingdom you can register at City Hall and all other parks at Guest Relations right inside the gates. We want to take a moment to provide you with important information about visiting the parks with this service.
When you arrive at the Parks you should make your way to the Guest Relations Center. The center is located just inside the main entrance gate. Inside the center you may ask the cast member to set up Disability Access Service, which will be valid for up to 6 members of your party. All of the members of your party will need to provide their Magic Bands in order to link them to the Disability Access System. Your picture will need to be taken.
To use the system, you will go to the cast member at the front of any queue that has a wait time in excess of 20 minutes. Please note that the service may not be accepted at every attraction nor is it accepted at all character experiences.
The cast member will note the current return time in the standby queue for the attraction, and will then scanherMagicBand to provide a return time that will allow your party to return to the attraction after the current stand-by wait time has passed.
For example, if you use the service at 12 noon at an attraction that has a 60 minute standby queue, the cast member will scan your Magic Band giving you a return time of 1:00pm.You may actually return any time that day as long as it is after the specified wait time. Once you return to the attraction you should proceed to the FastPass queue (where available) and tap all of your Magic Bands to proceed onto the attraction without a wait. *Your scan will show up blue (not green) alerting the Cast Member to verify the image of the guest on file in the DAS system. You may utilize the regular FastPass+ system in conjunction with the DAS service.
You may have only one return at a time, so you will need to use that return in order to use the service on another attraction. Your access will be valid at each of the theme parks and you will not need to get new access each day as your initial set up will be valid for the length of your stay. If you lose your Magic Band please notify guest services and they will issue you a replacement.
