A Pair of Ears Travel was founded by longtime friends—and fellow Disney enthusiasts—Sunny Ockman and Holly Mire, two former educators who transformed their shared love of travel into an award-winning agency. What began as two moms planning magical trips for their young families has grown into a trusted travel company serving clients across the country.

Based in South Louisiana, we’re wives, moms, and passionate travelers raising our families (each with three kids!) while helping others create unforgettable memories through travel. Our own journeys began long before A Pair of Ears Travel existed—Sunny fell in love with Disney as an adult seeing the parks through her children’s eyes, and Holly grew up visiting Disney World and immediately knew she’d continue that tradition with her own kids. Together, we’ve experienced countless destinations with our families, from first stroller rides down Main Street, U.S.A. to bucket-list cruises in Alaska.

We began our careers as travel advisors in 2015, specializing in Disney destinations under the name A Pair of Ears—a nod to both our friendship and our deep Disney roots. The business grew quickly as we realized just how many families wanted expert, stress-free vacation planning. In 2017, A Pair of Ears Travel, LLC was officially born.

Since then, we’ve expanded even further by creating our sister agency, Take More Vacations Travel, allowing us to help clients explore hundreds of destinations around the world through trusted professional partners. While A Pair of Ears Travel remains dedicated to Disney and theme-park travel, TMVT brings our signature level of care to even more adventures.
